Southern Breeze Gallery Exhibit
“Ridgeland Rendezvous at Southern Breeze Gallery Features Lorrie Drennan”
Reception: Thursday, February 18, 5pm-8pm.

On Thursday, February 18, Southern Breeze Gallery invites you to enjoy the Ridgeland Rendezvous, a night of art, food, friends and fun featuring receptions at each of the three Ridgeland art galleries. Reserve your Thursday evening for a rich, cultural and culinary experience. Browse the Ridgeland galleries beginning at 5 pm and finish your day with dinner at one of Ridgeland’s fine restaurants.

Southern Breeze Gallery will feature the vibrant works of Lorrie Drennan. Inspired by the world around her to explore color and composition on canvas, Lorrie paints what she loves: flowers; wine glasses and bottles; beach crabs and egrets; Tobasco jars and tomatoes, pears, oranges and melons; jazz musicians and iconic Mississippi landmarks. Images from her travels to such places as New Orleans, Hawaii and Italy also inevitably find their way into her paintings. With palette knife or brush and a wide range of pigments she creates works reflecting the optimism, happiness, light and movement of her own life.

You are invited to meet Lorrie Drennan and view her works at Southern Breeze Gallery in Renaissance on Thursday, February 18, 5:00 pm-8:00 pm. Don’t miss a Ridgeland evening of culture, food and friends. Browse all three Ridgeland Galleries and complete the Ridgeland-Rendezvous evening with dinner at one of Ridgeland’s fine restaurants.
